Sarah Drukarch is an associate and member of Pestalozzi’s IP & TMT, Corporate/M&A, as well as Life Sciences practice groups in Zurich. She specializes in intellectual property, unfair competition, food and healthcare law as well as data protection and contract law.
Sarah Drukarch assists domestic and foreign corporations from a broad range of industries, including life sciences, media, ICT, and foodstuffs, with establishing and maintaining intellectual property rights and related licensing and transfer matters, also as part of national and cross-border M&A transactions.
In the field of life sciences, Sarah Drukarch is regularly involved in the negotiations for international research and development projects, covering all ranges of pre-clinical, clinical, and post-marketing set-ups. She advises manufacturers and service providers of regulated products comprehensively, for example in connection with establishment licenses, marketing authorizations, industry-specific permits, contract negotiations, know-how protection, marketing, compliance and vigilance.
Sarah Drukarch graduated from the University of Lucerne (Master of Law, 2014). During her studies, she spent one semester at Temple University Beasley School of Law (Philadelphia, USA) and gained initial work experience in both midsize and major business law firms in Zurich. Subsequently, she worked as a junior associate with Pestalozzi. After her admission to the Swiss bar in 2016, Sarah Drukarch rejoined Pestalozzi as an associate. Her professional languages are German and English. She has also a good command of Italian, Hebrew, French and Dutch.
