Pestalozzi advises Condecta on the acquisition of WL Bau AG

Condecta Group, Switzerland's leading provider of modular space solutions has acquired WL Bau AG, a specialist in modular and container construction.

The acquisition strengthens Condecta's position in the fast-growing modular construction market and supports the expansion of its modular building activities through the establishment of a new national competence center in Wikon (LU).

The transaction forms part of the Condecta's continued growth strategy under the ownership of Swiss Life Asset Managers.
