Pestalozzi advises Prudential Financial Inc. in connection with PGIM's acquisition of all shares in Montana Capital Partners AG
PGIM, the global investment management business of Prudential Financial Inc., has signed a definitive agreement to acquire all shares in Montana Capital Patners AG, a Swiss based investment boutique focusing on attractive niches of the PE secondaries market as well as on high-quality asset management solutions. The closing of the transaction is subject to receipt of all regulatory approvals.
The acquisition of Montana Capital Partners AG will strengthen PGIM's existing alternatives offering and will provide access to new investment opportunities for PGIM's clients.
