Intrum, the market leader in credit management services, has acquired all shares in eCollect AG, a cutting-edge technology company and provider of comprehensive, fully digital invoicing and early collection services. The acquisition of eCollect AG will accelerate Intrum’s transformation to a more tech-driven organisation.
