Dario Marzorati is a counsel and member of Pestalozzi’s Litigation & Arbitration Group in Zurich. His practice focuses on commercial disputes and enforcement related matters. In addition, he regularly advises and represents parties in white collar criminal matters and other criminal proceedings of all kinds.
He has vast experience in enforcement matters, such as the recognition of foreign judgments, insolvency proceedings as well as the freezing and recovery of assets covering both civil and criminal procedural means. Moreover, he is familiar with sports-related disputes and represents clients before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS/CAS) as well as before the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB). He also regularly advises clients in disputes concerning distribution agreements, labour law, insolvency, investigations and whistleblowing as well as criminal proceedings.
Dario Marzorati graduated from the University of Zurich in 2010 (BLaw, magna cum laude) and 2011 (MLaw, magna cum laude). He completed his junior associate term with another leading Swiss law firm and then joined Pestalozzi as an associate after his admission to the Swiss bar in 2014. In 2017, he was seconded to the litigation department of a major Swiss banking institution. He obtained an LL.M. degree (with distinction) from the London School of Economics (LSE) in 2018.
