Dario Marzorati is an associate and member of Pestalozzi’s Litigation & Arbitration Group in Zurich. His practice focuses on the resolution of commercial disputes through litigation and arbitration. He represents clients before Swiss courts and in both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations. His practice further covers the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards as well as freezing order and insolvency proceedings.
Dario Marzorati graduated from the University of Zurich in 2010 (BLaw, magna cum laude) and 2011 (MLaw, magna cum laude). He completed his junior associate term with another leading Swiss law firm and then joined Pestalozzi as an associate after his admission to the Swiss bar in 2014. In 2017, he was seconded to the litigation department of a major Swiss banking institution. He obtained an LL.M. degree (with distinction) from the London School of Economics (LSE) in 2018.
