Pestalozzi congratulates Paola Wullschleger on her new position as Counsel and welcomes Franz J. Kessler to the partnership.

Paola Wullschleger advises and represents clients in national and international civil proceedings and is active in real estate law. She has more than 15 years of experience and joined Pestalozzi in 2009.

Franz J. Kessler is joining Pestalozzi as Partner, strengthening the Corporate/M&A practice in Zurich with a focus on energy law. He has specialised in advising and representing clients in the areas of corporate, contract and energy law for more than 20 years.
