Pestalozzi advises Obayashi Corporation in relation to investment in Kemaro
On December 20, 2022, it was announced that Kemaro, the Switzerland based developer of the K900 autonmous cleaning robot for industrial use, has secured additional capital in a Series A financing round to continue its worldwide expansion. Obayashi Corporation, one of the five largest Japanese construction companies, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, participated alongside with other investors in the financing round led by Spicehaus Partners. Besides its investment, Obayashi also entered into a strategic partnership with the startup to distribute Kemaro's robots in the Asian markets.
