Pestalozzi advises Grimaldi & Partners AG on its authorization by FINMA as portfolio manager
The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA approved the application of Grimaldi & Partners AG regarding its authorization as portfolio manager under the Financial Institutions Act (FINIA) three weeks after filing with FINMA. Pestalozzi advised the company in all legal, contractual and regulatory aspects regarding the portfolio manager license.
Pestalozzi has now successfully advised various trustees and asset managers in obtaining a license under FINIA.
