Pestalozzi advises Bentley Systems in the combination of its business unit Streetlytics with Teralytics
On July 26, 2022, it was announced that Bentley Systems, Incorporated (Nasdaq: BSY), a leading infrastructure engineering software company and provider of mobility data and analytics on the moving population for planners, engineer and infrastructure asset managers, has partnered with Teralytics to leverage data services for Bentley's mobility simulation solutions. As part of the transaction, Bentley has invested in Teralytics, in particular, contributed its Streetlytics business unit into Teralytics, and a representative of Bentley joins the board of directors of Teralytics Holding AG.
Teralytics is a Swiss based technology company focused on big data analytics solutions that deliver advanced mobility insights solutions for cities and transport services.
