Arsenal Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm, entered into an agreement to sell Airnov Healthcare Packaging to Colorcon, Inc., a global leader in pharmaceutical film coatings and specialty excipients, subject to necessary regulatory approvals. Airnov employs around 700 employees and provides critical healthcare industries with high-quality, controlled atmosphere packaging, to protect their products from moisture and oxygen.
