Pestalozzi advised SPORTFIVE on the partnership with 4sports Hockey

SPORTFIVE, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Europe, has successfully acquired 4sports Hockey.

Through the acquisition of 4sports Hockey, SPORTFIVE expands its athlete management business into international ice hockey, complementing its existing athlete management activities across golf, football coaches and tennis.

4sports Hockey is an internationally established athlete management agency specializing in ice hockey. The company combines a strong international network with deep expertise in athlete representation and operates across key European and North American hockey markets. Founder Daniel Giger will continue to lead the business alongside Peter Forsberg, Johan Finnström, Micke Johansson and Timo Machleid.
