Screen Holding B.V. has decided to sell its shareholding in Screen Group B.V., a world leading market data software company to TRG, a US provider of subscription spend management software solutions. Pestalozzi advised Screen Holding B.V. on the buy-out of a significant minority shareholding in its Swiss subsidiary.
