Pestalozzi advises mTAB in connection with its acquisition of SlideWorx
mTAB, a global leader in research data analysis and visualization technology, has acquired software innovator SlideWorx GmbH. mTAB, based in Anaheim, CA, and Essex, UK, provides database services and cloud-based data analytics platforms to enterprise clients in a variety of end markets, including automotive, consumer electronics, insurance and consulting. SlideWorx is a full service software company, specialized in market intelligence as well as CMO-office digital reporting and advanced analytics, with operations in Switzerland and Poland. Milestone Partners, the principal owner of mTAB, led the transaction. Pestalozzi advised mTAB as to Swiss law.
