Pestalozzi advises Bank of America Merrill Lynch on the sale of its' international trust and wealth structuring business to JTC Group
In May 2017, Bank of America, the ultimate parent of Merrill Lynch, and JTC Group Limited, an independent fiduciary, funds and corporate services provider, have entered into an agreement regarding the sale and purchase of Merrill Lynch's international trust and wealth structuring business (ITWS). The transaction has been completed following regulatory approval from the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority. Pestalozzi advised Bank of America Merrill Lynch on all Swiss law aspects of this transaction.
