On 20 April 2018, it was announced that Athesia Kalenderverlag GmbH, Unterhaching, Germany, belonging to the Athesia group of companies, has agreed to acquire all shares in Calendaria AG from Media-Print group, Paderborn, Germany. Calendaria AG, based in Immensee, Switzerland, is active in the field of and a market leader for B2B diaries in Switzerland. Pestalozzi advised Athesia on all Swiss law aspects of this transaction.
