Sven Aschwanden is an associate and member of Pestalozzi's Litigation & Arbitration Group in Zurich. His main areas of practice are commercial litigation and arbitration, debt enforcement and contract law.

After graduating from the University of Zurich in 2017, Sven Aschwanden worked as a Legal Trainee at the Office for Gender Equality of the City of Zurich before he joined Pestalozzi as a junior associate. Subsequently, he worked first as a Legal Trainee and later as a Court Clerk at the District Court of Uster, Zurich. After his admission to the Swiss Bar in 2021, Sven Aschwanden rejoined Pestalozzi as an associate in 2022.
