Seraina Oschwald is an Associate in Pestalozzi's Corporate / M&A Group in Zurich. Her main areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and general commercial and contract law matters.
She advises Swiss and international clients in a variety of sectors on domestic and cross-border transactions, including share deals, asset deals, venture capital and growth capital investments, management participation programs and corporate reorganizations. She regularly supports clients throughout all stages of a transaction, from structuring and legal due diligence to the negotiation and implementation of transaction documentation and closing.
Seraina holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in law and economics from the University of St. Gallen and was admitted to the Swiss Bar in 2025.
