Ludivine Boisard is becoming a new partner and will continue her practice in Pestalozzi’s banking financial services groups and corporate/M&A group in Geneva.

Ludivine Boisard‘s practice covers all types of domestic and cross-border banking transactions, with an emphasis on financing transactions. She also advises clients on financial services regulations, including regulatory and contractual issues relating to the establishment and the business of banks, securities dealers, asset managers and exchanges. Ludivine Boisard is also specialized in real estate transactions of all types, including asset deals and large-scale portfolio transactions. As part of her banking and corporate practice, Ludivine Boisard is regularly involved in restructuring and insolvency work.

Michèle Burnier is becoming a new partner of Pestalozzi’s IP&TMT group and Litigation & Arbitration group in Geneva.

Her fields of expertise include intellectual property, including geographical indications, unfair competition, data protection, advertising and e-commerce law, IT and telecommunication law and contract law. She regularly represents clients before Swiss civil or criminal courts in relation to her IP&TMT practice. She has years of experience in negotiating and drafting of complex IP agreements. Furthermore, she frequently acts as arbitral secretary under the ICC Rules or Swiss Rules. Michèle Burnier is Chairman of the first Chamber of the Swiss Commission for Fair Advertising (CSL).
