Meet Our New Partners as of 2023

We are pleased to introduce our new partners Sarah Drukarch and Andreas Lienhard. They will continue to contribute to the success of our clients and the firm in this new position as of 2023.

With Sarah Drukarch and Andreas Lienhard, Pestalozzi has elected two expert lawyers who ideally complement our partner team, particularly in the areas of IP & TMT, Life Sciences as well as Litigation & Arbitration and Employment & Pensions.

Sarah Drukarch

Sarah Drukarch is part of Pestalozzi's IP & TMT as well as Life Sciences practice groups. She brings in-depth knowledge in the field of intellectual property with a focus on life sciences and advises her clients on issues such as unfair competition, data protection, food and health law as well as IT and media law.

Andreas Lienhard

Andreas Lienhard is a member of Pestalozzi's Litigation & Arbitration and Employment & Pensions practice groups. He specialises in national and international commercial litigation as well as debt collection and arbitration. He also has great expertise in employment law matters, including abusive and/or invalid ordinary terminations, dismissals without notice, bonuses, equity grants, overtime, non-compete disputes, gender equality and non-discrimination.
