Fabian Martens is joining Pestalozzi as Partner

Pestalozzi welcomes Fabian Martens to the partnership. He strengthens our firm's competition practice.

Fabian Martens is an experienced lawyer in the field of Swiss and European competition and anti-trust law with a strong background on the economic underpinnings. He advises clients in all fields of competition law and conducts proceedings before the competition authorities and under private antitrust law (damages claims), along with merger control proceedings and compliance programs, training, e-learning, mock dawn raids and internal investigations. In addition, Fabian Martens has extensive expertise in public procurement law and regulated markets. In 2021, he was awarded with the Lexology Client Choice Award in Competition Law for Switzerland for his excellent client care and quality of service.
