Client Event on Data Protection

Pestalozzi's IP & TMT Practice Group is looking forward to welcoming you at our workshop-event on Data Protection taking place on 



Thursday, 15 March 2018, starting at 5 pm, at Pestalozzi Zurich offices. 



We are delighted to inform you that we were able to gain renowned speakers from abroad as well as from an in-house team in order to provide you with varied insights both to the European Union's new General Data Protection Regulation as well as the ongoing revision of the Swiss Data Protection Act.

Cécile Théard-Jallu, Partner with De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés in Paris, will offer insights to the GDPR and its relevance for Swiss companies.



Chantal Imfeld-Matyassy, Data Protection Officer at Ringier AG, will focus in her input presentation on the issues to be addressed in Switzerland.



During the second part of our event, we will offer together with our guests workshop tables specifically addressing and discussing (i) data processing activities as well as data mapping from the perspective of both data controllers and data processors, (ii) tasks of data protection officers, as well as (iii) data leakage and cybercrime. These workshop tables will offer you the platform for the exchange of experiences and challenges with peers.
