IP speaks easy - talks and drinks

31.08.2021

We are pleased to invite young and young-at-heart associates working in intellectual property law and related areas to the tenth edition of IP speaks easy - talks and drinks, the relaxed know-how sharing and networking event.

After the previous successful events, we were able to win Avi Pluznik as an exciting guest for the introductory discussion. Avi Pluznik is Brand Manager at Latelitn AG, a traditional Swiss company active in the development, production and trading of liquor.

In a discussion with Avi, moderated by Sarah and Severin (associates of the IP & TMT practice group), we will dive into exciting stories behind the drink in our hands. Avi will show us the challenges that have to be overcome when launching a new product, the legal stumbling blocks that are better avoided in advertising, and how a traditional company can break new ground in Corona times. Then Avi will tell us from his own experience how David can defend his trademark rights against Goliath.
