Internal and regulatory investigations often present complex legal and strategic challenges. The session aims at guiding participants through the investigation process, addressing topics such as who should conduct an investigation, the critical steps to take at the outset, the respective rights of the company and its employees, and the appropriate handling of investigation findings and outcomes.

The session will be moderated by Christophe Emonet, Partner at Pestalozzi, and will feature Andreas Lienhard and Nicolas Herren, Partners at Pestalozzi, as speakers.

The presentation will conclude with an open discussion and a networking apéro.
