ACC Europe and Pestalozzi Event: “Love is in the air: The high risk of falling in love at the workplace."

We warmly invite you to celebrate the beginning of the holiday season with us on Thursday, 3 December 2026.

Before raising a glass, join us for an engaging presentation on “Love is in the air: The high risk of falling in love at the workplace." Martin L. Mueller will explore key employment law issues surrounding workplace relationships - from no-romance policies and conflicts of interest to power dynamics and the employer’s duty to act.

The event is hosted by Pestalozzi and Association of Corporate Counsel Europe (ACC Europe) and will be conducted in English.
