19th Conference on Asset Management

On Thursday, October 1, 2026, Andrea Huber will speak in Zurich at the 19th Conference on Asset Management organized by the Europa Institute at the University of Zurich under the direction of PD Dr. Sandro Abegglen.

The conference provides an update on current legal and regulatory developments in asset management for private and institutional clients. It covers recent changes in financial market regulation, FinIA licensing requirements, anti-money laundering reforms, and supervisory practice. Andrea Huber will discuss the evolving licensing and supervisory practice of FINMA for managers of collective assets, as well as civil liability risks arising from breaches of regulatory requirements.
