Pestalozzi advises Banque Degroof Petercam SA (Belgium) in connection with the sale of its Swiss subsidiary
Pestalozzi advised Banque Degroof Petercam SA, Belgium, (BDP) in connection with the sale of its Swiss subsidiary Banque Degroof Petercam (Suisse) SA based in Geneva.
On 18 January 2022, BDP entered into a share purchase agreement with Gonet & Cie SA, based in Geneva, pursuant to which the latter agreed to purchase all the shares in Banque Degroof Petercam (Suisse) SA. Following receipt of regulatory approvals, the sale was completed on 12 April 2022.
Pestalozzi represented BDP for the purposes of the sale.
