Pestalozzi advises Trident Trust (Switzerland) AG on its FINMA authorization as trustee
The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA approved the application of Trident Trust (Switzerland) AG as trustee under the Financial Institutions Act (FINIA). Pestalozzi advised the company in all legal, contractual, tax and regulatory aspects regarding the trustee license and the subsequent incorporation of a branch.
