Pestalozzi advises Coca Cola HBC Finance on update of EMTN Programme and notes issue

Pestalozzi advises Coca-Cola HBC AG in connection with an update of an EUR 10,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) Programme guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC AG and the issuance of EUR 2,500,000,000 Notes consisting of the WUR 700,000,000 99.818 per cent Notes due 1 October 2028, the EUR 600,000,000 99.67 per cent. Notes due 1 October 2030 and the EUR 800,000,000 99.943 per cent. Notes due 1 October 2033 issued by Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. under the EMTN Programme.
