Advanced Personnel Management International Pty Ltd acquired all Workforce Development (WD) Services of The Providence Service Corporation (NYSE: PRSC.O). The Providence Service Corporation, through its subsidiaries, provides healthcare and workforce development services in the United States and is globally operating in two segments, Non-Emergency Transportation Services (NET Services) and Workforce Development Services (WD) Services. The WD Services segment is a global provider of employment preparation and placement and legal offender rehabilitation services to eligible participants of government sponsored programs. Pestalozzi acted as Swiss legal counsel to Advanced Personnel Management International Pty Ltd.
