Pestalozzi advised RUAG Aerostructures Schweiz AG on the sale of the Aerostructures Business in Switzerland
RUAG Aerostructures Schweiz Ltd in Emmen is selling its entire machinery to PILATUS Aircraft Ltd, in the course of which PILATUS will also gradually take over all of the approximately 230 employees at the Emmen site. RUAG International is thus achieving a further milestone in its privatisation strategy and has implemented sustainable follow-up solutions for all businesses areas and their employees and customers, outside its space business.
The sale to PILATUS is part of the strategic goals for RUAG International set by the Federal Council. RUAG Aerostructures Switzerland Ltd is one of the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of aerostructures.
