Pestalozzi advises Invivo Wine Group in connection with its acquisition of the Dutch Wine Distributor Baarsma Group
On July 4, 2017, Invivo Wine Group completed its acquisition of the Dutch wine distributor Baarsma Group, one of the largest wine distributors in Europe, who has also operations in Switzerland. Invivo Wine is a subsidiary of French Union Invivo, a company in which 220 French cooperatives in the agricultural sector are partnering. Pestalozzi advised Invivo Wine on all Swiss law aspects of this transaction.
