Pestalozzi advises Agilent Technologies on its acquisition of Genohm SA
On 14 May 2018, Agilent Technologies, Inc., a Company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and based in Santa Clara, California, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Genohm SA, based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Genohm SA is a developer of highly differentiated, on-premise and cloud-based software solutions for laboratory management.
