Pestalozzi advises Swiss Life in the planned spin-off of Implenia's real estate development portfolio
Publicly listed construction company Implenia (SWX: IMPN) plans to spin off part of its real estate development portfolio in a new listed company Ina Invest Holding. Major Swiss life insurance company Swiss Life (SWX: SLHN) will become the anchor investor in Ina Invest Holding with a planned stake of up to 15%. The portfolio is reported to have a current fair market value of about CHF 300m. The transaction is subject to the approval by Implenia's shareholders and usual closing conditions.
