Fationa Orani

Fationa Orani is an Associate and member of Pestalozzi’s Financial Services team in Zurich. She advises Swiss and international financial institutions, corporates and private clients on Swiss corporate and banking and finance transactions, financial services and financial markets regulation, and complex cross-border matters. 

Fationa Orani graduated from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Law in 2019 and obtained her Master of Law from the University of Lucerne in 2023. During her studies, she gained valuable professional experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she worked in the fields of audit, compliance and regulatory services. This background enables her to combine legal expertise with a strong understanding of financial, regulatory and business-related matters.

Following her studies, Fationa completed her legal training at leading law firms in Zurich and Bern, as well as with the legal department of the Canton of Bern. She subsequently worked as a legal advisor for a major Swiss legal protection insurance provider.

Fationa was admitted to the Swiss Bar in 2026 and joined Pestalozzi as an Associate in the same year.

Her practice focuses on banking and finance, financial services regulation and general commercial matters.
