Thomas Legler listed as one of the World’s Leading Technology Neutrals by Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) once again

Pestalozzi is pleased to announce that Thomas Legler has rejoined the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC)'s "Tech List".

The 2024 List of the World's Leading Technology Neutrals (the "Tech List") promotes efficient and effective technology dispute resolution, including the use of arbitration and mediation to resolve business disputes.

The individuals appointed to the peer-vetted list are exceptionally qualified arbitrators and mediators also known for their skill in crafting business-practical solutions for actual or potential disputes involving technology and/or the tech sector.

Thomas Legler is a partner and Head of Arbitration in Geneva. His practice focuses on representing clients in national and international arbitration and acting as arbitrator. In addition, he advises clients in the field of intellectual property (trademarks, patents, copyright), IT and data protection. Swiss Parliament elected him as deputy judge of the Federal Patent Court.
