Young IFA Network Tax seminar hosted by Pestalozzi in Zurich - 21.03.2019
During the Young IFA Network event, Pestalozzi hosted around 50 guests and equipped them with a solid legal toolkit on financial restructurings. In addition to outlining recommendations for tax efficient restructuring measures, the tax team also emphasized that "for a successful financial restructuring it is decisive to identify and solve the real causes of the crisis".
