Webinar: Cross-Border Employees
Martin L. Mueller and Markus Winkler were invited by the Association of Foreign Banks in Switzerland to speak on the topic of the legal situation for cross-border employees.
The presentation will give an overview of the current tax and social security situation of cross-border employees. It will focus on the three major neighbouring countries France, Italy and Germany.
Martin and Markus will give an overview of the legal situation of cross-border employees and their employers, focusing on
- current tax and social security regulation
- different setups for work from home and their impact on tax situation
- consequences of work from a third country (e.g., "workation")
- regulatory developments
