Selected Practical Aspects of the New Law on Companies Limited by Shares

Alexandra Johnson, Sébastien Roy and Thomas Legler all partners at Pestalozzi and Claudio Elia Legal Director at ACC Europe, will present and discuss a selection of key issues and novelties relevant for corporate governance and related processes in Swiss group companies.

For example, they will compare established governance processes and forms with novel and more flexible approaches, both with respect to board and shareholder matters, presenting pros, cons, opportunities and challenges.

The event is hosted by Pestalozzi for Association of Corporate Counsel Europe (ACC Europe).
