New Swiss Company Law: First Practical Insights & Lessons Learned

Petra Hanselmann, Severin Roelli and Franz Schubiger, all partners and members of the Corporate / M&A team at Pestalozzi, will present and discuss a selection of key issues and novelties relevant for corporate governance and related processes in Swiss group companies. 

For example, they will compare established governance processes and forms with novel and more flexible approaches, both with respect to board and shareholder matters, presenting pros, cons, opportunities and challenges.

The event is hosted by Pestalozzi for Association of Corporate Counsel Europe (ACC Europe). ACC is a global legal association that promotes the common professional and business interests of in-house counsel through information, education, networking, and advocacy while demonstrating innovation and leadership for the benefit of the profession. The presentations and discussions will be in English.
