2 years of the revised data protection law

We are pleased to invite you to the ACC Europe & Pestalozzi Event on Thursday, 18 September 2025, where we will mark two years of the entry into force of the revised Swiss Data Protection Act and assess its practical impact on businesses. 

How have companies adapted? Where do challenges remain? And what enforcement trends are emerging?

In a moderated discussion, Juliette Hotz, Chief Privacy Officer at Galenica group, and Sarah Drukarch, partner and data protection expert at Pestalozzi, will provide an overview of lessons learned since the law’s entry into force, highlight practical pitfalls, and offer guidance on how to enhance compliance in an evolving regulatory environment.

The presentation will conclude with an open discussion and a networking apéro.
