Pestalozzi advises Nutriathletic AG in establishing cooperations with Wendy Holdener and Michelle Gisin
Nutriathletic AG ("NA"), a Swiss startup / emerging growth company active in the field of development, production and distribution of food supplements for athletes and sportspersons under the brands NUTRIATHLETIC® and NA®, could establish strategic partnerships with Wendy Holdener and Michelle Gisin, the two Swiss ski racers and Olympic champions. As part of the cooperations, Wendy Holdener and Michelle Gisin also support NA as investors. Further, the two top athletes and the NA team would like to advance the product development.
Pestalozzi advised Nutriathletic on all legal and tax aspects in relation to these arrangements.
