Pestalozzi advises Volksbank Vorarlberg on the cross-border sale of its Liechtenstein subsidiary to SIGMA Kreditbank AG

Volksbank Vorarlberg e. Gen. (Rankweil, Austria), a member of the Austrian Volksbank cooperative, sold all shares in Volksbank AG (Schaan, Liechtenstein) to SIGMA Kreditbank AG (Triesen, Liechtenstein). Pestalozzi acted as legal advisor to Volksbank Vorarlberg in this transaction.
