Pestalozzi advises Synpulse on Open Wealth digital banking
Synpulse, with its headquarters in Zurich/Switzerland, is an established, globally active management consulting company assisting renowned international financial services companies through its offices in the USA, Asia and Europe. With its Open Wealth project, Synpulse is developing new application programming interface (API) solutions for standardised interfaces between custodian bank services and external asset managers (EAM). This form of digital banking can integrate various portfolio management systems, enabling more efficient connectivity with EAM clients on the one hand, and can further reduce operational and regulatory risks for custodians and EAMs on the other. Synpulse have asked Pestalozzi to advise on the structuring of a vehicle in which the Open Wealth community can collaborate. Participants are FinTech companies, wealth managers and renowned banks.
