Pestalozzi advises Swisscom on CHF 1,000,000,000 revolving loan facility
Swisscom shows its preeminence in being both Switzerland’s leading telecoms company and one of the leading IT companies. With a market capitalization of more than CHF 24.3 billion, sales of about CHF 11.7 billion, and with approximately 20,000 full time employees, 2018 proved a strong year for Swisscom. Swisscom’s major shareholder is the Swiss Confederation with a 51% participation.
