Pestalozzi advises Ringier on its acquisition of all shares in Ringier Axel Springer Schweiz AG from Axel Springer

Ringier AG acquires all shares in the former Swiss joint venture Ringier Axel Springer Schweiz AG (RASCH) from Axel Springer. RASCH was founded as a joint venture in 2016 and employs around 400 people in Zurich and Lausanne.

With the completion of this transaction, Ringier AG will become the sole owner of the RASCH portfolio, including magazines and journals such as Bilanz, Handelszeitung, Beobachter, cash.ch and Schweizer Illustrierte among others.

Pestalozzi acted as legal advisor to Ringier in this transaction with a multi-disciplinary team.
