Pestalozzi advises Ringier in connection with La Mobilière's acquisition of a 25% shareholding in Ringier

Ringier AG, a diversified media enterprise with multi-national operations, is strengthening its partnership with Swiss insurance company La Mobilière, which has agreed to acquire a 25% stake in Ringier. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2020 subject to usual closing conditions. Pestalozzi is advising Ringier AG on all legal aspects of the transaction.
