Pestalozzi advises InVivo Wine on the sale of the wine distribution business of its subsidiary Rutishauser Weinkellerei AG to DiVino AG
InVivo Wine, a company of the InVivo group, the leading French agriculture cooperative, sold its wine marketing business in Eastern Switzerland which was carried out through its subsidiary Rutishauser Weinkellerei AG. The purchaser is DiVino AG, a company of the fenaco group, a leading agriculture cooperative based on Switzerland. The transaction involved the transfer to DiVino AG of the assets, trademarks and employees of Rutishauser Weinkellerei AG. Pestalozzi assisted InVivo Wine for the purposes of the sale to DiVino.
