Pestalozzi advises DNM Swiss AG on its authorization by FINMA as trustee
On 2 December 2021, DNM Swiss AG received the decision from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA regarding its authorization as trustee under the Financial Institutions Act. Pestalozzi advised the company in all legal, contractual and regulatory aspects regarding the trustee license. DNM Swiss AG was newly founded in 2021.
As of today, FINMA has granted only a very few trustee licenses under the Financial Institutions Act.
