Pestalozzi advises Bosch Rexroth in acquisition of Elmo Motion Control

Beginning of September, Bosch Rexroth announced to acquire the motion control specialist Elmo Motion Control Ltd. Following approval by the antitrust authorities, the acquisition was completed on November 30, 2022. The Elmo portfolio strengthens Bosch Rexroth’s factory automation activities.
